Been using this resistance band for almost a year now and honestly the durability is no joke — zero signs of wear, no snapping, no losing elasticity. Boldfit clearly made this to last and it shows. Now here's something I want to be upfront about for anyone coming from cable machines — the resistance on bands is variable, meaning it gets harder as you stretch it further. Cables give you that same consistent tension throughout the movement, but bands don't work that way. So if you're doing pullups or back exercises, that variable resistance can feel a bit awkward at first because the tension keeps changing through the range of motion. Took me a little getting used to. BUT — for pushups, pike pushups, triceps, biceps and forearm work? Absolute game changer. It adds just the right amount of resistance and the variable tension actually feels really natural for those movements. Seriously one of the best tools for upper body home workouts. Overall, amazing quality for the price and a must have for anyone building a home gym setup. Just go in knowing how resistance bands work and you'll love it!

Sabse achhi baat ye hai ki band par Boldfit ka branding clearly printed hai, jo product ki authenticity confirm karta hai. Material strong aur flexible hai, stretching, warm-up aur light strength exercises ke liye perfect hai. Grip comfortable hai aur use karte waqt slip nahi hota. Beginners ke liye especially useful band hai aur home workout ke liye practical option hai. Lightweight hone ki wajah se carry karna bhi easy hai. Overall price ke hisaab se genuine aur value-for-money product hai. Definitely recommended.

It's just a piece of cheap rubber ... I expected much more from boldfit .. but yea it's fine .. it's streachy like the ones u could find in other brands
