Nice cable
I recently picked up a DAP that has 4.4 output and I wanted to try a set of headphone I have that only had a 4pin XLR terminated cable for use with my desktop setup. I picked this cable up because it was handy and inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Good build quality, looks good and has a good feel to it, and manageable. It's wired correctly and sounds good and is not too heavy to use portable with a DAP.

I should have purchased this cable first!
I wish I would have purchased this cable first. I could have saved myself a couple hundred dollars over the long haul. This is the most uncable-like cable you'll see at this price point. It's so very flexible and has zero memory at all. Roll it up - tight - leave it in that state for a few days and then unroll it. It immediately rolls out flat. It's impossible to kink as far as I can see. You want great sound? You'll find that here too. It sounds as good as my hundred dollar custom cable with the OFC, silver plated wire, which I don't use since buying this one. It really is that good. So don't hesitate. You won't be sorry.

Good cable with two issues
The cable seems solid and flexible. The length is perfect when used with a DAC dongle or a desktop DAC. The first issue I noticed is the fact that the two 3.5 mm connector are not marked L and R. I had to use the balance knob on my desktop DAC to determine the L and R plugs. I changed the sound to the Left side only and verify on what side of the headphones the sound was coming from. I had to swap the sides and then I marked the Right side with a red sharpie. The second issue, noted by another reviewer, is the fact that the rubber sleave that covers the 4.4 mm connector extends past the end of the connector. It didn't allow the connector to fully insert in the DAC. A little surgery with a shar knife fixed the issue. I only took one star away because the cable seems to be good investment. I will update the review in the future is the cable develops any other issues.

Affordable cable with elevated aesthetics
After eyeing these cables for years, I'm glad to finally have them. My delayed decision stemmed from them being an upgrade in aesthetics, not necessarily audio performance; they sound identical to the Fiio FT1's capable stock cables. But they still add to my music listening enjoyment! In addition to their elevated looks and feel, they have excellent construction. They resemble a special custom cable at a fraction of the cost. Five stars *****.

Great looking headphone cable.
The quality is very good. The cord is thick and makes a bold statement.

Feels very premium
Feels much more expensive than it is. No cable memory at all either. The only thing I don’t like is the use of heat shrink tubing. It cheapens the look of an otherwise premium looking cable.

Just Get Them
If you have a high-end pair of over-ear monitors, you should splurge a bit and get a nice pair of cables to go with them. Will you hear the difference versus a cheaper pair? Probably not. (resistance is resistance - different materials or construction won’t change the tone or timbre of your headphones). But the fit and finish on these cables makes them a joy to use, and the purple color is really sharp. These feel like they’ll last a long time, and were a huge quality of life improvement over the cheap rubbery cable that came with my HiFiMAN Arya Stealths.

Good use out of them, however...end of the life of the cable after 3 years
I am not an audiophile. Wish the cable length was a bit longer, cable quality did feel premium at first and softened over time, however was a bit heavy compared to the stock cable for the edition xs, cables are a middle ground price, connection points were good I have reached the end of the life span for my cable, right sided 3.5mm started to soften up near the cable end causing sound issues and could tell it was a cable issue as it only worked in one direction if i messed with the cable, its not like im running with these headphones/cables, they were my daily driver and it was a good 3 years for the cables purchased june 2022, i also don't treat my gear with the highest level of care, but also not trashing it. Would i purchase again...? not sure, I thought they would last me a lifetime only because my sennheiser stock cables on my previous headphones lasted 12+ years before switching over to hifiman. Currently back to using the stock cable since i left them in the box, never used..
