What does color 13 mean?

It appears to be just a 13th option of colors. I chose "color 12" and what is pictured is exactly what I received; the 4 different styles. Perfect.

How long are these? Do they come over your ankle?

They are just as shown and very nice, too! They come up over the ankle just to the height of a normal sock. If you have foot problems or flip-flops that you love, these are the perfect way to keep your feet warm and still enjoy your flip-flops in the winter. One of the folks I gave these to has had consistent problems with bunions and the separation of the big toe from the rest of the toes proved to be an unexpected blessing!

How do I know that I’m getting the right size? Is there a size chart for socks?

Sock sizes are based on what size shoe you wear. The average mens sock fits a size 7 to 10 mens shoe size..bought these for my husband who wears a 9.5 mens and they got great

I wear a mens size 12 US shoe can you guarentee that will fit?

Yes, it should not be a problem. I wear a 10.5

Item received was not what was described and pictures. They are supposed to be mens tabi socks, and they barely fit me and I am a Womens size 7. They are also made of stocking material/polyester, but states they are cotton. Horrible quality, extremely misleading.
