Product really solid though---like it a lot. Due to selling me a used product at a new price, I have to conclude that: either...the seller was dishonest; alternatively, it's possible that the seller was honest but took a return without checking the item to see the condition of the returned product was as new ---ie, maybe the seller did not take care of the return item to see if it had been used.
