I think any wheelchair user like myself has had that time you don’t have and umbrella or the rain or snow in coming down sideways and next thing you know your lap is soaking wet and even your wheelchair cushion is soaked. I keep it I’m my back pack or on the coat rack near the door to grab if it’s going to rain or snow. I was worried it wouldn’t be water proof enough but it’s perfect.
