I was looking for a foam roller to help with back pain. I two other brands but one was too hard and the other one had a texture that was kind of painful. I really like the feel of this foam roller and the shape provides a lot of muscle relief with regular use. I also appreciate the width because it is wide enough to rest my whole back on it unlike some other models I have seen. Definitely recommend!

This rollga is a bit shorter than a traditional foam roller. It’s very firm with hardly, if any, give but very lightweight but sturdy feeling. I got this for my husband who has been having soreness in his hamstrings no matter how much he stretches. I suggested he use this for hamstrings but also his upper glutes because I think that’s where his pain might be coming from. He insists it’s not a pinched nerve feeling but muscular. He does run/walk/stand a lot and has good quality, supportive boots and shoes. His hamstring issues are a mystery to us though. I’m going to have him do some hip opener exercises too. He’s been using a heating pad daily for over a month now and taking Aleve. :( I need to find a sports medicine doc for him or something. He says this is really helping though when nothing else has. When he gets on it and rolls back and forth he gets deep into the muscles. Moreso than with our other standard foam roller. The ridges are nice too because it allows him to use it in various ways. I suggest looking up rollga videos on YouTube so you can see how these are used best. I purchased the small rollga ball for my neck and absolutely love it. I have a million things for my ongoing neck pain and this is one of the best things I’ve tried. It truly does get deep into the muscle.

I do love these rollers and I got the medium first but gave it to my (now ex lol) but we still talk and have fun, so still in contact… :) (She cool just didn’t work out for us, anyway…). I compared the the blue medium I gave her and the white soft I got myself and they are very close to the same density, but…. I did notice that the soft one does break in more over time because it did feel just as dense medium one. But if you want a little softer (still not much softer) just use it and give it a little time, because it does get a little softer compered to medium one over time. I would have got the medium again but the white soft was only $20! I’m still happy with it and don’t notice much of a difference to care. But if the medium was $20 I would go for that just because I would assume it would last longer since it’s a little denser, otherwise, the soft should be perfect unless you need very firm and are above 230lbs (estimate as I’m 6’1 and 200lbs). I bought the roller I bought it thinking it would align to the contours of the spine but it didn't. As a result it felt uncomfortable against my back. It was also hard and not very comfortable. However it does have the advantage of being very light. It is perhaps too large for someone with a smaller build. I returned it.

This roller is the bomb! These stuck together globes side by side will give you an excellent back massage, pressure point release and roll out of your own back and whole back-side. The way these globes form the roller is completely ergonomic to the muscles along side the spine where one can never get into with regular rollers because they also press on the spine itself. It's also great everywhere else, legs arms, latissimus, everywhere. High density foam that is hard yet a tiny bit of give. It also comes with an instruction pamphlet to help you get the most out of its all-over uses. Rolga is the best roller I've used for all of the above reasons, complete and all you need is one roller so that makes it environmentally friendly too!

Amazing foam roller! The waved pattern allows you to foam roll muscle in a way you never could with the straight foam roller. Perfect for legs and back (and it won't hurt your spine as you roll!), I even do my arms. The size is perfect too! I initially bought it because it was cheaper than the other foam rollers but now it's my favorite one, LOVE IT! UPDATED REVIEW : I recently decided to buy a couple of them as gifts since everyone who tries it, loves it BUT I realized the price was ridiculously high!!! (I bough this roller in 2017 for about 16$ CAD including shipping). It's foam in a specific shape, definitely not worth more than 40$.

Great relief using this after just a couple of sessions. Long wait for delivery but worth it. Great to self massage between appointments with therapist.

Excellent! Dense enough to really work the muscles but it’s soft enough to not be very painful. The unique shape really does help to work though knots around the spin, shoulder blades or traps
