I’ve been taking these magnesium capsules for a few weeks now and I can honestly tell a difference. They’re easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and they don’t upset my stomach like some other brands have. I mainly take magnesium to help with sleep, muscle tension, and overall relaxation, and these have definitely helped me wind down at night.
