This is dxo opticspro which ended in 2016. now it's called dxo photolabs 3. does it upgrade to it or remains opticspro 11? does it cost to upgrade?

Yes you get the old photo lab if I can recall, however it smart to upgrade for very reasonable price. I believe I upgraded to the current software for like $49. Then to the elite for $44. Bargain since the total elite version is $189. Great software. Got tired of Adobe $10 a month, $120 a year charges. There are no other charges unless you want add on and I went for Photolabs1 to 3 during the upgrades. NO CHARGE.
