Do these fit Nianyiso?

I don't know. My wooden walking stick is much wider than the walking pole. These tips were too small for my wooden walking stick (.75 inches hole diameter). They might work better with a smaller hole diameter (11 mm).

Will they fit over my BD FLZ pole tips?

I don't have that brand. They fit the explorer. And they fit 11 mm. hole
