Product product and delivery on time but installation too late.

We had to book for installation through Kent WhatsApp. Installation was quickly done on same day even though it’s Sunday. Amazon installation was later booked from their end for next day which we had to cancel. Prefilter had to be purchased separately for ₹1500. Which is a con tbh. Water quality is good. Our groundwater TDS was 520 and the technician said the filter may last for 15 months. TDS is now around 45 from Kent. Water flow is good from the tap. So far so good.
