The first trip to the bathroom (your waste may be semi-solid) will be followed by a second trip approximately one hour later (liquid waste). So, timing is everything. Day two: It will take approximately 7 hours to work with the second dose. Your first trip to the bathroom will again be followed by a second trip about one hour later. How do you know it is beginning to work? You will here sounds from your stomach/intestine area. It will feel like movement and very mild tightening in the upper stomach area just below your ribs. You can drink this every day, but: You may become dehydrated, so sip water as often as needed. You can lose between a half to one and a half pounds per day. It will be mostly water weight, but weight is weight, in my opinion. Use artificial sweetener or no sweetener at all. Sugar counteracts most weight loss, because sugar requires that your body retain 10 to 20 pounds of water to process sugar.
