Ahmad Tea Black Tea, Ceylon Loose Leaf, 454g - Caffeinated & Sugar-Free (pack of 1)

Ah, Ceylon Tea, "almost" impossible to find these days in a normal store. Glad Amazon carries this as a normal stock item. I didn't have any issues with the freshness. Mine came properly packaged and well with the "best by" date. Flavour takes me WAY back to me teen years when I use to enjoy this tea with my mum around our kitchen tables in another life time it seems these days. So, ya ... Great tea - AMAZING value & no issues with either packaging or delivery.

Excellent Ceylon tea, makes great milk tea. A lot better than the Taj Mahal black tea

This is an excellent, full-bodied, single leaf, black tea. I will sometimes add a bit of another tea, such as Yorkshire red or a black dragon oolong to add a bit of excitement, but by itself it is still wonderful, especially first thing in the morning.

This is my favorite tea for brewing, it’s really good plain black tea. You can always add some ginger or other types of tea in it or just drink as a black tea, I also love to make latte tea from it. Perfect, strong and tasty. I’ll keep buying it.

Great tea. I like to mix it with Assam to get a great blend

This tea has a rich, brisk flavor and golden liquor. I was was initially underwhelmed by the aroma, but brewed this tea is delightful! I typically brew a heaping teaspoon between 5 and 5.5 minutes. I've tried as little as 4 minutes and as much as 7, this tea can take it. It also takes well to milk, though I've yet to try it with lemon. If you're a fan of "Gold" black tea blends this is a good, straight tea to try. I also appreciate that this is an orthodox (somewhat whole) leaf, rather than CTC (Crush, Tear, Curl). No tea dust, here. Overall I'm impressed with the value. If you're looking for a solid, classic black tea at a great price you cannot go wrong with this. I'm working diligently through my first box and have already bought two more to stock up.

bought this for my mum as she prefers a proper cup of tea, and she absolutely loves it. Since trying it, she’s said she doesn’t want to go back to using tea bags. She really likes the flavour and enjoys making it as loose leaf tea. The 500g pack also lasts a good while, so it works well if you drink tea regularly. Overall, a great buy for anyone who prefers loose leaf tea and wants something a bit more traditional than standard tea bags.

Ich mag keine schwarzen Tees, die so streng schmecken. Früher habe ich immer Darjeeling First Flush getrunken, aber bin jetzt auf diesen Ceylon umgestiegen. Ich finde, er steht dem früheren Tee geschmacklich in nichts nach.

Ahmad tea bags are of top quality. I have previously bought their Breakfast blend: strong but makes a good cup of tea. This blend is perfect too! Good price .Highly recommend.
