Yes, the light will stay on unless snoozes or manually turned off. If left on it will turn off after 90 mins

How do I set to a 12 hour clock? The instructions don't explain it anywhere!

I think it may come programmed that way, or it's very easy to find in the instructions - because that's how my clock is set, and I don't even remember how I did it. So it's either very easy, or pre-set for a 24 hour clock
