Silly question but what does the translucent powder do? Does it have shimmer? Or is it for oily skin?.thanks

Shimmer? Hmm. I, personally, haven't noticed a shimmery effect. What you Do notice is a very sheer, flawless look. A non-drying, perfecting, setting powder. Not like a traditional oily skin powder that leaves that Dry look. No pasty white look at all. The coverage is buildable, so you can keep adding layers or powder-puff it on then brush-blend away the excess.

Is translucent truly colorless?

I use the fair light and it’s for the palest of skin which I have…. Very light skin. I don’t know about the white color, but if you’re pale, you’ll like the fair light which is the lightest color after the white one.

Does this have any fragrance or is it unscented?

I have fair light….. absolutely no fragrance at all. I’m sensitive to smells in makeup and this has none.

What is the best way to apply this matte pressed powder evenly?

For even application please use a powder brush.
