Review: Great - *Please be aware this review is being written from a completely blind person's perspective.* I love this soap dispenser already, and I’ve only had it less than 10 minutes. I set it up independently within minutes, and there are several things I already like about it. A. It allows you to use your personal choice of liquid soap, unlike another brand which only allows you to use their bottles, which are made for it, and only one size. B. When this dispenses soap, the sound is longer depending on the volume selected, which is really useful for me. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s noisy, I like that because at least I know it’s working! C. Thanks to the reviewer who explained how to turn it on, that was really helpful. The plus button also has a tiny dot on it if anyone’s noticed, which really helps people like myself. D. It feels really nice to the touch, sleek and fits well on my bathroom sink. E. I didn’t find volume 1 quite enough for a handwash, so have mine set to 2. F. I have put vanilla soap in, my favourite scent. I obviously use my hands all the time, and I like them being nice and soft. G. All in all, a great product, would recommend to other blind people, and anyone else looking for a nice soap dispenser. Yes maybe a little pricey, but worth it as you get what you pay for. I also like the little rubber tip just under the dispensing nozzle. H. Really easy to fill. Thanks ELC for this great product. I hope I'm using it for years to come, or at the very least able to buy a new one if this one were to break, would definitely buy this again. One final couple of things I’ve noticed, and really like. How the bottle for the soap is built into the unit as opposed to a separate container, the dial for the twist battery rug is a really good idea. No way they can fall out.
Review: Good automatic soap dispenser - Good size soap dispenser, holds a lot of product in the tank. Of good quality with a nice reflective look. Battery life seems good has not ran out yet since set up and this has been a few months. Does need polishing often to keep the item looking clean because of mirror finish. So far quality seems great, sometimes it does not react but mostly it does.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How long do the batteries last?**
A: Had mine 2.5 months and the batteries still going. However I have the svavo make and is a lot better dispenser. Works better.

**Q: I have just changed the batteries and I can see the motion sensor works but the pump isn't engaging to dispense the liquid it's just silent. ideas?**
A: Presumably the polarity of the batteries are inserted correctly. It could be the internal tubes are blocked. If so, you may have to empty the soap liquid and fill with hot water to break down the dried soap. After, press the + button to check for flow.
Otherwise contact “everlastingcomfort.net” for support.

**Q: What are the measurements of the dispenser?**
A: Hi, the dispenser is approx 19cm high at its tallest which is front of the cap covering where you fill with liquid soap. 16cm front to back and 8cm at its widest. It’s not the easiest thing to measure so please understand as close as I can get. I will say though I’ve had it a few months and am very happy with it. Mess free, absolutely fantastic auto dispenser, easy to change batteries and refill, I will be getting at least one more for the kitchen!
