Review: Utterly silly and expensive, but I love it! - Who needs a heavy weight shaped like a hammer? No one does, but now I've got this I'd never give it up. Way more versatile than I thought, especially if you already have some experience with kettlebells, clubbells and maces. So far I've found it excellent for variations of snatches, cleans, presses, circles, mills, rows, curls and squats. It works your grip in ways standard kettlebells don't, and feels surprisingly different to clubbells too. It is an excellent tool for complexes and flows, and I think that's where it really shines. Build quality is excellent, very clean casting with a better balance than the Gravity Fitness ones (and a much nicer handle). It was also packed very well, and arrived quickly. Weight-wise, if you have clubbell/kettlebell experience, the 25lb is great for a light flow, the 35lb better for single-handed heavy complexes. If you don't have clubbell/kettlebell experience, go for the 15lb and look for basic clubbell exercises to start you off. Can't fault it really. Silly, yes, but then don't we all need a bit of silly sometimes?

**Q: Hey, where can I find workouts to use this ?**
A: If you search for Hammer Kettlebell workouts on YouTube there are a couple for this item. Personally doing Hammer Curls, Goblet Squats, Tricep Extensions, Lunges, Cross body bicep curls, Tricep Kickbacks, Overhead laying pullovers but just be careful as the weight distribution adds that extra difficulty layer. I wouldn’t do standard Kettlebell swings as I would be scared that hammer would go flying.

**Q: Can I this hammer be summoned from afar? If so, is there a limit to the distance?**
A: Only if you are deemed worthy no distance is too great, just allow for travel time!

Amazing alternative to clubs and kettlebells. Doesn’t replace them but a great addition to any routine. Not quite as versatile as I thought they might be. I’ve used kettlebells and clubs for over a decade but I still love to use these hammers. I have the 15 and 25lb. I like the 15 for shoulder stuff and the 25lb for more dynamic strength movements. I may also get a 35lb one too. Like I said….really good fun and will definitely get that grip strength firing.
