I soaked one block ib water overnight and by the next morning it was ready to go and I just squeezed it the excess water before putting it in the bin. I have a Worm Factory 360 and two bricks filled a tray right to the very top. There were a couple small stones at the bottom of the soaking bowl but nothing major.
