I really like the case but I really wish the fingerprint circle wasn't there - I previously bought the black one back in 2022.... Then I realised that I could completely peel off the fingerprint circle: I gave the screen a clean and now it looks awesome. I previously gave the black one 4 stars - will give this one 5. I'll see if I can go back and edit my review for the black one - doubt it will work though. Might buy another colour soon. I am thinking of hanging onto my Note20 Ultra until at least end of 2025 before I upgrade. It has a really cool 8K camera after all.... Now getting back to the case itself - I appreciate the fact that it has saved my phone's skin a few times! The kickstand at the back is as wonderful as always. I have decided to write a review because I am so happy that in 2024 there are still things that actually work when you order them....! I was sceptic if the seperate screen protector would still allow me to gently tap the screen but yes, it does. It is a bit difficult to get the screen protector out the case at the beginning, you need a fine tip of a knife etc to lift it out from the bottom right corner but after that all is exactly as written in the little instruction leaflet. Once the phone screen is wiped clean, you attach the screen protector first, then click both together into the outer frame. Effortless. Fits very snug but you did not need to force it it. Push the side with the audio buttons first to make sure they sit in well and then the rest. I am very happy with my purchase and the cover does not even look too clumsy when on.

The case is pretty good, had one for a while now, however the the screen is not scratch resistant, mine is looking pretty roughed up now after constant use. It would be good if you could get spare screen covers rather than having to purchase the whole thing again. I suppose that as the screen cover is plastic you should expect scratches will appear over time. Going to buy another one and just replace the screen cover on my existing one.

Lovely cover but finger print recognition doesn't work which is a real pain.instructions where stuck to the front cover saying do not remove square for finger print but the sticker pulled it off and you dont want that stuck on there so will probably have to buy another type which is a shame.

Bought this as my 2 Yr old grandson likes to watch things on my phone & needed a heavy duty cover so my phone doesn't break. So far I'm really liking it & is easy to hold. Would definitely get one if there was one to fit my tablet but unfortunately this isn't the case. Reccomend this & would repurchase

There is not much to say about this case with the exception that it fits the phone perfectly and I now have 3 of these cases, military green, blue and now red as well. Well worth it. All the buttons and functions are all accessible while protecting your phone. Brilliant!

At face value this seems is good protective case but it has one major drawback. That is, if the phone ever suffers an incident where even the slightest moisture gets behind the screen cover - there is a strong likelihood that the fingerprint recognition capability of the of the protective screen cover will be compromised. This has happened to me three times (in 2 1/4 years). I am prone to this failure as I have my phone in my pocket when hill walking and if it is raining or you get very sweaty that is enough to compromise the fingerprint sensor on the screen protector. With this inherent weakness Its a real shame you can't buy just the screencover part so you don't have to buy a complete new cover with all the cost and uneccsary waste associated with that. I will not buy another one and if you are active and carry your phone with you - I cannot recommend it to you.

Must have tried at least a dozen different cases for my Note 20 Ultra 5G At last one that fits very well and the finger print option actually works as well bit expensive, but could have saved a small fortune if I had found this one a lot earlier I dont normally bother writing reviews because I expect products to work. but after so many failed cases This was a verry pleasant surprise and I though it might help others to know there is case out there That does a great job.

Fits solidly. I dropped my phone several times and so far so good. The plastic screen is getting worned but still clear and tactille functions good
