I'm looking for polyester tulle to use as garden insect netting. Does this ptulle break down with extended exposure to sunlight, or is it durable?

I have the green tulle. It is going into its second season now. I have cats and they do damage it trying to dig in the containers. Nevertheless, I like it to protect my seeds from being eaten by birds and I will continue to use it. For insect protection, you might consider a light row cover instead.
