a good strong raspberry taste, which you dont always get in powders. I've used it for yoghurts, chocolate making and baking and its great and has a lovely vibrant colour. Its a really good price for what you get, my daughter has taken to adding it in her morning porridge/yoghurts to add extra flavour.

This was delivered very quickly without using amazon prime. The dried powder to me I could only taste the raspberries as a tea, which was lovely. I couldn't taste In a smoothie .

Cette poudre de framboise lyophilisée est un excellent produit. Certes, elle est légèrement plus chère que d’autres alternatives, mais je n’ai pas goûté ces dernières et celle-ci m’a parfaitement convaincu. Le goût est authentique, intense et naturel, et la belle couleur qu’elle apporte est un vrai plus, que ce soit dans des desserts ou des boissons. Je l’utilise pour aromatiser du lait, des crèmes, des gâteaux, et des smoothies, et le résultat est parfait. Après ouverture, je conserve le produit au réfrigérateur, et il reste en parfait état grâce à la lyophilisation. Le fait qu’il soit sans conservateurs, sans arômes artificiels et sans sucres ajoutés est aussi un point très appréciable. Je le recommande.
