Billionaire Boy

This is one of the best books I have read my grandchildren. We all loved it and it will have you laughing, he is one of the best writers of kids books.

Walliams has done it again! Great book with a great moral! The story is about Joe Spud, a multi-millionaire, you would be happy… but he is not. "What use is a racing car if you have no one to race against?" He has EVERYTHING! A mansion…check! A room bigger than a house…check! REALLY expensive meals that taste disgusting…check! You name it. He is only missing ONE thing… a friend. He goes to this super-posh school where everyone teases him becouse his dad got rich inventing "Bum-fresh" (LOL). no one is really his friend. So he asks his dad if he could go to a public school with normal kids. And then he met Tom, and they quickly became friends. I won't spoil anymore. Anyway, i would really recomend this book for kids aged 6+. Happy reading! ;)

I would recommend this book to all young people. It was very, very funny and a little bit sad. Joe was my favourite character.

Funny book! Kids enjoyed me reading it too them. Will require some minimal translation for American kids - not much. There are some potentially risque topics - page 3 girls. If reading aloud you can always leave out some of the meaning/words and still get the point across. I like that it had some adult humor and kid gross-out humor. Will buy other books by the author.

Great book with lots of funny and sad moments throughout the entire book. For entertaining me for the last 30 minutes I'll give it 5 star's ; )

My son has been asked to read at least 4 books additonal to the mandatory reading they have. He's not much of a reader so I was trying to find books that will interest him. And this book did! He loved it, he read it in little time. He had to make a presentation to his classmates and after his presentation, some of this classmates asked if they could borrow the book! I would definitely recommend this book as well as "Nanny Gangster" from the same author. My son is 10 years-old and he's in 5th grade.

There was some issue with the seller but it was solved immediately by the seller. Very good service!!

This book was good,but... not approprite. It includes "Page 3" girls and this was a shocker. Talking about references to plastic surgery. Come on. I wouldnt buy for under 9s. But overall, a good book for over 10s.

The book is useful and interesting

Very good and fun book

This book, like other David Walliams books, is amusing enough to encourage even some of the more reluctant children in the Juniors to read. This one particularly inspires children to think about, and discuss, what they would do if they had so much money!

Great book. Very funny. My son normally doesn't enjoy reading very much but when he started to read this book he thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done David Walliams. Must try his other books now.
