Great post-workout drink!
Mixes easily in water and tastes good, not too sweet. Helps with recovery and keeps me energized after workouts. Clean protein with essential nutrients is a big plus. Only downside: no measuring spoon included. Otherwise, a solid choice for active adults!

It's very easy to mix it water & drink it immediately post your regular exercise activity & tried it & it's really effective keeps active & other good thing getting clean protein with all essential vitamins & nutrition, it's also very easy to use it mixes well in water but one thing they haven't provided any measuring spoon, that was missing which is more helpful when using it, other than its good a product thank you ensure & amazon

Overpriced milk powder
Underdosed Carnitine, protein basically everything with protein it's basic mil powder. Recommend you to look somewhere else for a good product
