Honestly This has been a total life changer. I have been on it for about a month and a half. I believe that I am estrogen dominant. Of course no Dr told me this , but after much research I concluded that it was one of my biggest issues. For the last year I have had terribly painful periods, clotting, cystic breakouts on my chin and jawline, facial hair up the ying yang. I love this supplement it worked for me the very first week I took it. I have now been taking it for almost two months.Lets just say Im a better and happier person to be around. I have recommended and have bought it for other friend of mine. who are suffering from hormonal imbalance, they dont want to be on the bc pill or hormonal therapy that have caused them weight gain and unnecessary massive amount of acne.For me it suppressed my appetite and gave me energy, no mood swings, no cramps, no breast pain, no heavy cycle, no more cold freezing feet. I started taking 2 in the am and 2pm for 4 days I was a zombie could not sleep. I realized it was the Dim. I cut back taking 2 a day I take it after I eat breakfast or after lunch never in the evening or at nite or in an empty stomach, it gave me an upset stomach, I believe because of the black pepper. Awesome product I cant believe I didnt know about it earlier in my life. The only downside of the product is the Soy. I wish it didnt came with it. But other than that excellent product.

Source Naturals DIM or even Nature's Way DIM Plus have worked wonders for my fibroids and water retention. I basically have high estrogen and low thyroid. The way I maintain a trim body is through exercise and natural hormone balancing. If you guys are familiar with Dr. Lam. He has blogs on fibroids, estrogen dominance, etc... Google him. The guy is amazing. Anyhow, I follow his fibroid regimen to the letter - DIM - progesterone cream - soy isoflavone - milk thistle - then (disminish sugary food, alcoholic beverages, caffeine, overly sweet fruits, dried fruits) I have had amazing results reducing my tennis ball fibroid within three months. I've diminished cellulite and water retention in my legs. The regimen above is a great place to start. His blog explain in engaging ways the role of good and bad estrogen in the body, the why's and the how's. When i stray from the regimen or revert to high carb diet, the fibroid return. And these foods for me are the worst: white rice, mangoes, juices, caffeine beverages, ice cream, candies, white bread. I wake up to a stomach bulge the next day! If you are estrogen dominant and or have fibroid, do get educated and take care of your body. I plan to continue managing my fibroid naturally. I've won the war many times.

I was using Nature's Way and liked that one alot as well, but switched to this one. It has worked really well for me. I usually take 2 every day but the closer to the time I start PMSing I start going to 3-4 a day. I have low progesterone and had stopped using my progesterone for a while...this is the only thing besides the progesterone that keeps me from having HORRIBLE cystic acne breakouts around time of ovulation. It has completely cleared since I've been using it!! If you are taking this and not seeing much of a difference, if you haven't already, I would suggest having all your hormone levels checked since it could be other things as well. This works great alone and great when everything else is in check. I ordered another bottle yesterday and will continue from now on!

The product contains soy, which is not listed. I did not want soy and specifically search for no soy.

Finally finished the bottle. I had to start out slow with this, one every other day, then everyday, then two a day. It gave me headaches. Then the headaches stopped. I think it helped my fibroids shrink. I also took it with vitex. The only thing I can say against it was that I seemed to be loosing more hair then normal.

Its what I wanted and I believe its been the contributor to balancing my hormones so I don't get recurring yeast infections. And as a bonus, my periods are not as heavy and they are way less painful. My Advil use is WAY down! (Only took one dose of advil on the first day this cycle!)
