It helped a lot and found that whenever anything in my body cramps up. It doesn't taste good and take it with at least 6 to 8 oz of water, but I know it will take care of any muscle issue I may be having quickly. This is the best Magnesium I have found for my issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Potent - Highly Absorbable *by on Reviewed in the United States April 24, 2026* I recently went on a keto diet to assist me with my weight loss journey. Turns out, keto can deplete magnesium levels. This product came highly recommended so I decided to try it. My first dose was yesterday. I took 15 drops to see how my body responded. My energy levels immediately returned and I felt great! Minimal downside, I did experience flushing so I reduced my dose to 10 drops today and may go lower until my body adjusts. This has to be mixed with something for me. Overall, great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best magnesium I have found for my use *by on Reviewed in the United States January 10, 2023* I need to take vitamin D3 for a severe deficiency and with vitamin D you need to take vitamin k2 and magnesium for it to be effective and safe. I have had extreme fatigue and pain for years and have tried all sorts of magnesium, capsules and tablets. The fatigue and pain did not lesson, nor did my vitamin D value go up much until I started taking this magnesium with my D3-K2.The taste of this magnesium is nasty but I don’t care because it works so well for me. I just take a drink of anything flavored, tilt my head back and drop the magnesium to the back of my throat and swallow and repeat three more times.I take 400 mg of this magnesium with 5,000mg of D3 and 120 mcg of k2 daily. This is the vitamin D product I use.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XR6NZSJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Before taking these two products the symptoms I had were, extreme fatigue with bouts of dizziness. Pain in joints, and sometimes bones, sinus problems, poor concentration, no energy, my heart would sometimes skip beats, anxiety, winter blahs, and more. With these products, these symptoms have greatly improved. I am still working on getting fully better but it can take a long time of consistent use with the supplements.I hope they never stop making this magnesium as it has been a life changer for me. I know I will need magnesium and d3 + k2 for the rest of my life. ## Frequently Bought Together - Trace Minerals Ionic Magnesium - Liquid Ionic Magnesium to Support Immune, Brain & Heart Health - Supplement to Aid Energy & Vitality - Supplement with Magnesium & Sodium - 4 fl oz (30 Servings) - Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts - Concentrate Supplement Drops for Electrolyte Support - Support Muscle Health & Vitality - Workout Drink to Aid Hydration - 8 fl oz (48 Servings) - Trace Minerals Ionic Potassium - Supplement with Potassium & Magnesium - Liquid Supplement to Aid Easy Mineral Absorption - Healthy Brain & Muscle Function Support Supplement - 2 fl oz (33 Servings) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/40530290-trace-minerals-liquid-ionic-magnesium-400-mg-4-fl-oz](https://www.desertcart.it/products/40530290-trace-minerals-liquid-ionic-magnesium-400-mg-4-fl-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
