I was very hesitant about buying a printer that is not laser jet, but this one turned out to be a good product. I love the little sensor screen on top and the opportunity to scan/copy your ID documents from both sides (they print out on the same page). One thing that obviously is not as good as lasers can offer is the quality of printing – it might smudge a teeny-tiny bit and doesn't appear as bright as lasers. But hey, the prices is much lower, so for me it is worth it.

The product is not good it stuck while printing There is cracking sound comes when trying to print anything And the printer prints on back side of the page not the front a4 sheet

The Hinges of the Top lid is of poor quality. It gets stuck every time, we open and close for scanning. Other features are good. but this is really annoying

I bought this printer and it didn’t even print 50 pages It gives an error that a paper is jammed all the time It’s extremely slow Don’t buy it at all
