High quality supplements. I've felt health improvement since I began using. Muscle cramps during the day have gone away. My RLS has greatly reduced and have been able to stop taking prescription. That says a lot for having severe RLS.

I always use magnesium as it’s the most nutritionally deficient mineral in the diet. However I just did t get the benefits of mag in this supplement. Still got leg cramps, decreased regular bum’s… sleep no better. Going back to Bio Optimizers. D. Adams
