Seems like a lot of reviews are negative, or dissatisfied, especially about the app. App works great with my Pixel 8 Pro. I wish it could sync w/Fitbit, or my other health apps, though. Handles feel fine in my hands, no slipping. I use it without the rope, and wish the ends had more weight. They’re too light to ensure balanced rotation. However, they do make it easy to determine whether you have a “lazy wrist,” wherein only one wrist does most of the work. I've used it just a few times, but it seems durable enough for my workout schedule. It also seems like a good value, so far. As a beginner, I find jump rope workouts challenging & engaging. I highly recommend jumping on a yoga mat, jump pad, or other softer surface. Jumping on concrete or tile aggravates shin splints in no time.

I have the scale and measure tape. It syncs with Apple Watch and I downloaded the Proof App. I do with friends from afar and it helps us as a community to support and motivate! It works great on my flabby arms. Can see them getting some muscles. Do not have to jump. I walk in place, squat. And march. Good cardio and you can feel the burn. Good weight. Easy to set up and sync with Bluetooth. I love the digital screen and how easy it is to read and keep track of timer. Lost 29 pounds so far!! And gained an inch of muscles

Not great but ok for my purposes. I use these at the gym because I found I was wasting time trying to perfect my timing while jumping rope. The counting mechanism in the handle is a wonderful way to keep track of jumps. My goal here is to achieve 100 jumps each of three reps(300 total jumps), this tool keeps me on track to accomplish that goal. The greatest weakness is that the balls at the end of the handles are too light and this makes it difficult to keep momentum going when jumping.
