Please don't worry ,we can help you .There are 2 solutions to solve the issue : 1, Please try to reset the device.There is battery inside the DM201 Pro microscope,please try to open the cover and remove the battery ,then put it back ,it can help reset the microscope. 2.Charge the device for 3-4 hours unit the charging lights turn green from red. Im thinking about buying this. My question is can I plug into my laptop or is there software i have to download? I can't download using a disc.

How to get it work with Windows?

You just use the cable and connect it from the USB-C to the USB-A on your computer. Then turn on the micro-scope. The microscope screen will ask whether you want to use it as a camera or as a storage device. Press the OK until it says camera. Then open the Windows camera app and it will show up.
