I followed the directions carefully and backed the filament out to store it. The next day when we went to use it again, the motor would not work. We plugged it in, let it heat up and when the light indicated it was ready we pushed the feed button and nothing happened. I read the short manual trying to trouble-shoot it. I am sending it back for a refund. I really needed this to work. It was for my students' class project.
