Great supplement
Great quality supplement. I have methylation issues so methyl versions are important for me to make sure I can actually absorb what I’m taking. I find these really excellent.

Do what they say and then some
These are so good that at my last blood test my iron was actually just veering into the too high category. Nothing serious though, in fact the doctor said it was good especially for trying to conceive. My only tip is to make sure your diet is fiber rich whilst taking these. I now only take them every other day or so.
