Can I record from the usb to audacity?

Sure can. The mixer acts as a sound card so you can route any audio from it into your computer. Just select the inputs from the Mixer inside Audacity. It’s been a great mixer for me.

Master 2 is fully balance for a powered subwoofer correct?

Unfortunately, I do not know. I have all my mixers going into crossovers and EQs then to amps.
