How can i install the printer driver using bluetooth connection in windows 10? (printing with usb cable works properly.)

Paper got stuck, How to load the paper int the printer correctly ?

Hold the paper by the sides and gently slide it into the printer, keeping the edges of the paper aligned with the guides on each side of the paper input slot on the printer. Don't cant it - keep it straight. Don't force it in, but gently push it in about a 1/4" until the printer picks it up (it's not a real noticeable pickup). If you push too hard or slide it in too far, things get fouled up.

How many papper could print each ribbon?

1 ribbon can print 48 sheets of ordinary A4 paper, after the ribbon is consumed, you'll need to replace a new one. The ribbon is with RFID, so this printer only accept our own ribbon, you can buy it from Asin :B08RYJ3XGM (2pcs ribbon in 1 box)
