The answer is yes but it may turn out sticky and wet looking if not dried. However I don’t think this is good mousse and have gone back to John Frieda. **Q: I just bought this mousse it was recommended does it leave your hair feeling tacky after using** A: No it does not leave hair tacky. I use it on damp hair just after washing. I have been very pleased with my purchase. **Q: Is it a foam or liquid** A: It’s a foam .
