Easy to set up! Fairly easy instructions, it did take a little longer than I expected to heat up the water, however the wait was worth it! It is noisier than I expected also, but then I've never seen one working, so I've no idea how noisy they are.( It's the water, not the machine! ). It took longer to arrive , this was not due to the company or Amazon! This was due to the DHL driver! Who decided my driveway was not accessible! 😞🤦, and neither was my front door! I did have a moan to the poor lady on the phone at DHL! Because I then had to wait another 4 days because I wasn't going to be in until then😞. But all's well now 😊, and I'm delighted with the product, great price, wonderful value and good quality, going to have lots of fun with this! 😎😁

It’s a great size, perfect for the garden. what I will say is the maximum people we have had in it, is 4 comfortably. If we went for 6 it would be a squeeze depending on peoples size (we are all different) if you’re looking to have a bigger party size I would suggest going for a 7 seater. You will need to invest in a few accessories for the tub along with cleaning supplies. I purchased the digital thermometer sets as it was easier to read than the test strips. Keep up with the maintenance you’ll be able to use the water for a few weeks without having to drain & refill.

The hot tub was fine for six months of occasional use. Shortly after that the seam of the lining started to come apart of its own accord (the hot tub was not misused in any way and in fact it had not been used for over a week prior to the seam coming apart) and this caused it to deflate. I explained to the manufacturer what had happened, that it was a seam coming apart through either poor build quality or design and not a puncture caused through fault if our own. They almost gleefully responded that because the liner was over 6 months old (7 months in fact) all we could do was by a new liner or make do with a tiny repair patch. Obviously the patch did not work on the seam because the two layers over lap so air could still escape. I then bought a larger patch repair but still to no avail. Based on how the first one performed there was no way I was going to spend more money on such a poorly built product. I urge anyone to avoid this manufacturer and go for the better build quality of other similar priced competitors.

Does need a pool heater to get it warm enough because of size

I had lazy spa in past thought I change to this one. Which is cheaper but it holds the heat better, heats up faster and now I won’t be going back to lazy spa.. this is far better
