Its oil base and not alcohol base. The directions said "massage in a couple of drops". It should have said "...only TWO small drops. I already have oily skin and this just feels wrong. It also clogs up my razor & I end up beating it to death on the sink and ultimately using water to rinse it which isn't good for the razor everyday. And then you're dripping water around. Bought 3 bottles a year ago. Using it everyday, I've only used a half of one. It does go a long way. The oil leaks down the outside of the bottle after use.
