Will this work with a Brookstone flip speaker?

If that speaker has the 30 pin connector of the old iPods then it should work.

Does this product work with the Bose wave?

No .. it works for the sound dock. The sound dock has a place on it for this to connect.. the wave radio doesn’t have that.

Is it compatible with beatbox? (the original one, beats by dr.dre)

Probably because the Layen-Sync and Bluetooth.
