**Q: I ordered a 6 pack , recievd 1 bottel , where's my 5 other bottels?**
A: This happened to me also. Call amazon for a refund. They let me keep the one bottle.

**Q: Mine didn’t come with a sprayer! Why??**
A: If you purchased the Pack of 6 refill, it does not come with the sprayer.  This package is for consumers who already have a sprayer from a previous purchase.  I'd suggest going out to purchase a bottle of this with a sprayer at your local store.  This Dish Soap works great!

**Q: How is it free and clear when it has fragrance??**
A: It has no dye so this is an advantage? The fragrance could be an issue for some. They really should say dye free.

**Q: Why am i only getting one bottle when i order the six pack? the replacement order was incorrect as well. why?**
A: I can't answer because I don't know what you ordered. I had ordered separately the spray bottle to try &then the 6pk replacement which came. I would suggest reviewing your order, and if what you received was wrong, contact Amazon's customer service with the problem. They are good at resolving issues.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing a Presoak, Works Fast

We have a dishwasher, and I still use traditional Dawn for washing a big sink of pots and pans for larger messes. I really rely on Dawn Platinum Powerwash for several key items: 1) knives, 2) coffee mugs. It works amazingly well for both of those applications. Knives aren't supposed to go in the dishwasher, but hiding them under bubbles in a sink of soapy water is dangerous. So instead I spray the Dawn Powerwash on them and set them aside. The Powerwash destroys whatever is on the knife blades quickly, and with a quick hit with a brush and rinse with water, they are perfectly clean. My Yeti coffee mugs tend to get really stained. I just spray the Powerwash on them, let it soak for a minute, and then run the brush across quickly and rinse. They look like new. The spray nozzle trigger dispenses a small amount so nothing is wasted or leaked. No gunk on the end. It automatically foams, which sticks to dirty dishes with minimal runoff. The bottle + refill bundle gives you the most bang for your buck. That's important to me these days.
