Does this have artifical flavor and artificial colors? if so I heaRd it isn't good for parrots, yes? also, fortified stuff.

Natural flavors are listed along with "Blue 1, Color added". There are vitamin additives in the list as well. My vet and parrot both like the mix.

is this healthier than the zupreem fruitblend?

Unfortunately I cannot answer your question as I have only used the Zupreem Select. I know my parrot and he would not like the Fruit Blend. Perhaps they have a nutritional label on back that you can compare.

How long does this food last? With good quality cat and dog foods, I know it lasts them awhile because they stay fuller longer. Does this?

My parrot goes thru a bag quickly, I always check expiration dates as a precautionary. Don't want to give my bird stale food.I keep in a cool place inside a covered container.
