I needed a lot of these, and they worked
I have access to my floor from my unfinished basement. It squeaked terribly. I had to install multiple packs of this kit, at regular intervals and patterns, but it has worked amazingly. I focused mostly on the kitchen area which is linoleum, as that was the primary problem. The rest of the house needed only a few here and there and that is mostly hardwood which has more strength, rigidity, and cross pattern support. I had noticed that my kitchen has a reduced bouncy feel to it but once I was done it was more stable. Before buying I would look to see what pattern and quantity and area you need to cover. I had to place multiple orders as I kept adapting the design, finally needing to settle on 1 per joist, at each plywood seam and in the center of each sheet.

Great product.
These were easy to install and they work great. Stopped the big squeaks first, bought more to stop the little squeaks. Great customer service, they sent a few extra with the 12 pack.

1st rate product
I purchased this product with a healthy dose of skepticism on whether it would work. I am beyond thrilled that this made quick work of silencing a very loud squeak that’s getting louder by the day and driving me crazy. The hardest part was navigating our crawl space to get to the squeak area.

Calms down some bigger floor squeaks
My house was built in 1978, so the upstairs has definitely devolved some squeaky floors. I had my downstairs bathroom torn down to studs so I figured I could do something about the upstairs floors in that area. Some of the quieter squeaks in the floors were pretty hard to knock all the way out, but I had a few areas that would pop when you stepped on them before and they are almost all gone now. They are designed so you can get them in some pretty tight spots which is nice since some of the framing was hard to reach into.

EastY to install but didn’t work.
My wife and I installed these. We followed the instructions and put in all 12 plus the two free ones. The squeaking is just as bad as ever. Could have just been user error, but I know exactly where the squeak is and can see where the original carpenters missed the joist. These just didn’t do the job for me. Next step is trying shims. Which from a price perspective, maybe I should have started with in the first place.

These are 100% legit and transformed my home
I have a 70's ranch, open basement. For 6 years I put up with some of the squeakiest floors I've ever dealt with. I assumed it would require the floor to be pulled and add additional subfloor fasteners. Some research led me to take a risk on these, $60 isn't bad for a shot.These. Are. Amazing.I've installed 14 and it's like living in a new home, and that's not an exaggeration. You need a second person to help pinpoint the squeak.I tried doing it without by just measuring it out, and it was just too hit and miss.I found myself walking miles up and down the stairs to adjust the anchor location.I focused on the most heavily used areas, and usually one anchor per general area took care of it.You'll probably notice most squeaks are near where two sheets of subfloor make contact.Usually one side is worse, and I didn't have to install an anchor for both sheets at any location.Meaning, one anchor took care of the squeak where there were two separate subfloor sheets.Be sure to tap the lip of the anchor to seat it properly between the subfloor and the joist.Use an impact to minimize cam out, as screwing into joists can be tough.I recommend fastening the subfloor first, and then the joist. I just had better luck that route.I think these are amazing and I just ordered a second set to finish out the minor squeaks throughout the house. If they were cheaper, I'd just install them at intervals throughout the entire floor. They're made extraordinarily, there's literally no room for error unless you have a thinner-than-normal subfloor.

Easy to use - not sure really works
Easy to use at installation- it’s not as easy to find the location where it squeaks bc someone generally walks where the squeak is. I am not sure it really works as a full stop to squeaks. It’s dependent on if your floor has systemic issues
