WORTH THE MONEY!
Ok, so I REALLY, REALLY didn't want to pay this much for puppy pee pads, HOWEVER, I have purchased several different brands and have been disappointed over and over again! So since I had purchased other items by RMS & feel like those were well made, I decided to just try their pads too. I figured if they arrived and didn't seem well made, I could always ship them right back. Let me tell you..... I was immediately impressed when I opened the packages (I purchased 4 of them). I could already tell they were SOOOOOO much better than any others I had ever bought! They have the cotton blend fabric on the side that faces up, and are at least 3 times thicker than the less expensive ones I've purchased. So the next thing is do they work well and do they wash well? YES and YES! I've seen NO leak through, and they wash up very nicely. I wash them in warm water and use low heat to dry (although I think the package says you can use medium heat to dry). I definitely plan to stick with these as long as they don't ever change them! PLEASE, PLEASE don't ever change them! I don't want to have to go back to the drawing board to find another good brand! These are hands down the BEST in my opinion. And although these weren't purchased for human use in our case, these would be GREAT (comfortable and absorbent) if needed for an incontinent person.

FLUFFY, SOFT & ABSORBENT
These are the Fluffiest, Softest and most Absorbent bed pads I've ever seen, be it nursing home, hospital or medical supply store. They're multilayered & awesome. SO SOFT. (many people use these for puppies or elderly animals - I would recommend against this brand for cats. They are soft enough cotton on top that claws would get stuck, and yanking on it could easily result in a tear. I also think that a lot of poop (adult animal) would be a more difficult cleaning task than other products. Just IMHO) BACK TO THE GOOD STUFF.... I live with incontinence & dysautonomia, so sometimes I just FLOOD at night. Because I have to currently sleep in a recliner, I place these 'sideways' to stop any liquids funneling down in the seat. WORK PERFECTLY. I also have a mattress cover over the chair - BUT - with these pads I don't have to wash the whole cover. I JUST WASH THE PADS. I also don't have to struggle with getting the cover back onto the recliner every day. This is my THIRD ORDER, best vote or confidence I know. They wash great, dry on low/air, NEVER USE SOFTENER, and they never smell (though I've only had urinary incidents on them). May you all have best of luck with your incontinence needs! (PS - Tranquility diapers are the best, in my experience - especially with the booster pads!)

RMS performance beats Gorilla Grip
I have a 17-yo senior cat. He is in great health for his age, but on some medication that causes him to drink more (more pee, but also more diluted.) Stellar litter box performance when awake. But asleep, he's a bedwetter. Does not even wake up. After a few weeks of using this product, and another highly reviewed product: GORILLA GRIP Original Slip-Resistant Leak Proof Mattress Pad Protector, I vote strongly for the RMS as the better product. I bought two of each to start, same size, almost identical price. I've just bought two more of RMS. I will use them first and relegate Gorilla Grip to last line of defense. At the time I write this, I am reviewing the 52x34 size in both products, and the price difference is minimal between the two manufacturer's products in that size. Why RMS? They are noticeably a bit thicker, more quilted, and they absorb evenly, always in a circular pattern. I have not yet had anything seep over the edge. The Gorilla Grip have seeped over the edge. These are smaller, a bit cheaper and easier to wash than the waterproof mattress cover I have underneath them. I use two of these units crosswise on my queen bed and they cover 85% of the bed. I usually only have to wash one of the two but I overlap them slightly. They save me laundry vs. washing the waterproof mattress protector, and so far, they seem to hold up to more washing and drying than waterproof comforter covers. Also, RMS ones can be purchased with handles in case that is helpful to you with a child or senior (not my case; I have the 52x34 handles.) NOTE: Pretty much all waterproof products for your bed should be washed on cold, no bleach, low dry to ensure they remain waterproof. Check your wash tag before you ruin them! I will post an update as they age.

Good quality
These appear to be good quality protective pads. I just purchased all new queen mattresses for our guest rooms and I wanted to protect them. I have placed two pads on top of each mattress under new water resistant fitted mattress pads. I want to protect the mattresses from any spills or accidents as these will likely be the last new mattresses we will ever purchase for our guest rooms (barring unforeseen circumstances). I have given 4 stars based on the quality of the pads and the size of each individual pad. Two pads placed vertically almost completely cover a queen mattress, only a small strip at the very top and bottom are not covered. We had family staying in each guest room over the Thanksgiving holiday, each staying 4-5 nights. The pads were undetected and when I removed the sheets and mattress pads for washing after everyone had gone home the pads were still in place. I feel the addition of these pads will provide great protection for the new mattresses that a water resistant traditional mattress pad cannot. I will update this review after more use.

Well made, quality product you wonโt regret buying
We use all sizes of these for our dogs, who we reluctantly have โgoโโindoors (too many coyotes in our yard). Our dogs shred disposables. The absorbency of these pads far supersedes anything we had for our kidsโ with their crib and bed potty training pads. I wish I knew about these then. As another person noted, there are knockoffs, so be sure to see who is listed as seller and shipper before you buy. We, too, received some thinner pads (in the largest size), and while they surprisingly work, they donโt hold as much and donโt lay flat. Plus, I donโt support knock-offs. The true company put time and money into providing a quality product and others shouldnโt be able to cheat for the benefits. I would like to address the negative reviewer who has a picture of a deep tear on the underside. The underside material is not stitched, there are no seams. It is impossible for the mat to have naturally torn in the way pictured. That was an intentional tear or it snagged hard on something sharp, caught, and tore as pulled along. One of our puppies chewed holes in the bottoms of a number of mats and even then we couldnโt have created a tear like this. Besides, if it were legitimate, the customer should have returned the product under the companyโs warranty. Seeing that review is the only reason I bothered writing one of my own. Someone needed to refute the obvious. Given the workout our dogs give yo these mats, I would have no qualms about using them for any humans who have the need for such a product. I handle them daily - soft, really well stitched, and if washed and dried properly, they do not retain smells or stains. No crinkle sounds. Iโve washed them literally hundreds of times in the past two years, and they hold up to the test. I even patched some that the dogs chewed and they continue to work! Yes, I highly recommend these pads for people and pets.

Absorbent washable and durable doesnโt melt
We use these for terminal illness in elderly loved ones and they have been a life saver. I have used them with children too. Some Kids move a ton in their sleep. I would suggest doing a plastic sheet under the real sheet and also use towels to kind of anchor it underneath . Thatโs why a pack or two of these is great because you need more than one to switch them out while washing ! For two different elderly people I have cared for it provides protection , but also relief from anxiety. One works fine. I sometimes use two depending on the person height size. But it saves me from constantly changing sheets. And you can roll a person who is immobile over switch the pad and roll them back. Sanitary, dry, clean, healthy. Any size person can be rolled using a sheet or a belt to help clean them and the pads are essential. Get more than one pack if you have a person who needs the support all the time because you will want them for car, chairs or bed anywhere they sit to give them that security coupled with their other pants. I have purchased pads with waterproof plastic in them that melted in the dryer. These do not! Paired with night senior undergarments I am able to keep the bed dry. And then change the sheets normally . But we are only in moderate need . For a person who uses bed pans and canโt get to a toilet you might need Something heavier. It doesnโt hurt to use more than one.

If you want a good bed pad.
This is a good pad. Washable and so forth. Size was a little larger than I ordered, but laundry people say it will still fit in the washing machine.

Waterproof bed pads
To avoid soiling the bed. Size provides ample protection. Reviewing the price would be helpful. I had to think twice before ordering but necessity compelled me to buy it versus disposable ones.

works as expected
I used this while my mother-in-law was passing away. It worked well and I think it would have a long life if used long term.

Not as absorbing as previous ones
Donโt find them as absorbing as previous sheets. Wash well & are comfortable
