These pads are designed to fit sc2 sc3 sc4 and sc5 maybe check you what model you have, but the measurements are.. 34cm length and 12cm wide so you can compare the sizing with your mop.

What are the washing instructions for these pads ?

I usually rinse the pad then put it in my washing machine, 30 ° wash. I don't use fabric conditioner. Really pleased with these replacement pads.
