Purchased a few days ago. Packaging was in bad shape but product undamaged. Put the batteries in that came with the product, light was very dim even on high mode. Checked the batteries and 2 out of the 3 from the manufacturer were dead. Pathetic that this is the case with an Energizer brand Product Amazon should also maybe do a check on manufacturing date and stock accordingly.
