I watched several. The translucent film for the numbers and lines on the speedometer is blue. So the old incandescent 194 bulbs emit a slightly yellow tented light. Yellow light passed through a blue film looks green. LEDs however emit a pure white light, so when they shine through the blue film, the numbers and lines look blue. This was a nice surprise.
