Works great, and it does hold pretty steady, I wouldn't put much more weight on it if used on the road, but its not meant for that, I pushed over 100mph with it mounted on the side of my motorcycle and the handlebar (pic attached) and it didn't move or fall off (thankfully since I didn't have any safety leashes). Docked 1 star for the rubber pads on the clamp, they deteriorated and tore off on the first use, and since I put these on my exposed frame, I dont want the frame to be scratched. Easily remedied by wrapping the clamps in electrical tape, but I do think that a clamp like this should have better rubber for both grip and protection for whatever you mount it to.
