Usually iron really makes me sick, even taken after food. This one is good, I don't feel anything after taking it. I bought it because it is a better form of iron too, I think it helped my restless leg syndrome too.

These absorb best with a meal. They don't constipate, which was the case with my previous iron pills. And there are no side-effects if you take one pill a day.

I have had stomach issues for over 25 years, so finding an iron supplement that’s gentle in the stomach was paramount. And this delivers. No issues at all after a month of use.

As many women know due to our menstrual periods, I am prone to becoming a bit anemic during that time of the month. I was getting lightheaded at the most inopportune times so I purchased this to avoid that. I do like this and I've gone through 2 bottles of it, but I did notice that sometimes it would make me feel a little nauseous despite the fact that it says it's gentle on the stomach. Since I seem to personally be a bit more sensitive, I found an iron pill that has less iron in it (NOW brand with 18mg iron) and that has worked out better for me personally.

I have been ordering this for my 81 year old Mom who was low on iron. She's been using this along with a chewable vitamin C tablet for faster absorption. I like that this is 3rd party tested. My husband and I also just started adding this to our supplements, again with an added Vitamin C tablet and our blood work is showing our levels improving. I'd recommend this!

If you need an iron supplement, this is a go to. I love this brand and these are a great non-constipating iron. Super small tablets easy to swallow and it’s a great price from the company that I have always used.

Was recommended that I needed an iron supplement. These are much cheaper than prescription iron and do not upset my stomach.
