Good finger protector for embroidery
The small size fits well for slim fingers. The neck part is flexible and can stretch a little so it can fit well. As it is made of plastic it can sweat the finger but it protects it very well. It offers some comfort and it is a very good buy of a high quality product. I would have preferred a thinner version that is as well made as this one. For those that use the side of the finger during sewing it can be somehow uncomfortable as it has hole on the side and the needle can get there.

It’s a little creepy looking but I love it!
Honestly, it’s kind of icky to look at with all of the holes but I love it and it’s my “go to” thimble for hand quilting. It works like a charm and it’s comfortable. I have very small hands and fingers so, if it’s cold, it doesn’t fit as snuggly but it hasn’t fallen off either. If it were to get too loose, I’d just wrap a little medical foam tape around my finger and I’m good to go. So far, that hasn’t been an issue. There’s no worry about rust since it’s a hard plastic. I don’t remember if it’s supposed to be breathable but I haven’t found a thimble yet that doesn’t make my fingertip feel damp once I take it off. When I’m wearing it, I don’t even notice it. This is an awesome little product and the price is great too. I’m very pleased with it and I wouldn’t want to quilt without it.

That's a large?
I bought a medium sized one first. I have very small hands but it was so small I had to cut it to get it onto my finger. This 'large' sized one just barely fit, and it's a tight fit. But it's heavy duty and it gets the job done so four stars it is.

Different but BETTER than metal thimbles
!. I can keep this thimble on while reaching for this 'n that while sewing, and it doesn't fall off or get in the way. 2. It fits my very large finger (wear size 9-10 gloves). It doesn't cozy up to the tip of my finger, but that's not the point for me. There's probably 1-2 mm at the tip, not more than that, so no problem. 3. I wear the thimble rotated to the side a bit because I'm a side pusher. No problem with doing this. 4. It took a few stitches to get used to the difference between this thimble and a metal one. Now, I'm happy that the holes are deeper and the needle never slips like it sometimes does with a metal thimble..

Large isn't Very Large.
NOT Large. My hands aren't particularly large, but this large thimble barely goes over my middle finger, the one I usually push with, and the back of the needle seems to find the spaces in the thimble rather than the hard part if I don't continuously adjust it.

Very comfortable
It feels much more comfortable than the metal thimbles. It almost-but-not-quite as comfortable as the leather thimbles, but it provides more protection when pushing against the needle, so I prefer this one now. The dimples are a little larger diameter than traditional metal thimbles, so it may work better when using leatherworking needles. The large size fits my finger fine, and I normally use a 17mm thimble.

The best finger protection
These are the only thimbles I have found that fit my fingers. They come in three sizes and the small fit my finger perfectly. The best thimble I have ever found.

This thimble is better than my custom made
I love this thimble! I have a custom made sterling silver thimble that doesn’t fit as well as this one! My middle finger has a huge bump of callous fro writing for 60 years so other thimbles are too small. This large one is perfect and it’s so comfortable that I sometimes forget to take it off. Great find and great price!

Bought two, one for my sewing kit, one for my embroidery kit. Wear them heaps and they're very comfy. Small enough to not come off my middle finger, which turned out very hard to find!
