Consumer Behavior: Buying, Having, and Being

Very useful for Marketing Psychology. The book was 2nd hand, a little damaged but very helpful for my marketing studies at University.

Helpful textbook for consumer behavior. We used it in a class. The author made a typo and said "Chester" (Cheetos) was the mascot of Pringles. Haha. I struggled to read the section on different generations. In one paragraph, he called millennial by three different names. This is very taboo in writing. Just pick one! Makes it difficult to read. Otherwise, the book had helpful information but the writing style can be tedious. It was pretty "up" on the modern marketing and behaviors of younger shoppers. There were several errors/typos in the first few chapters. Disappointing for such an expensive book with so many earlier editions.

Great tool for college class

Quality and price perfect for a student's budget

This book gets the job done, but certainly needs to be thrown away when I return it in a few days. I used this book for my consumer behavior course in college. The entire book has been vandalized with snarky remarks and inappropriate comments. I felt uncomfortable sharing this book with my friend in class because of the comments someone has written throughout this textbook. I was so annoyed when I had to read this book and look at the unnecessary remarks, however it was usable so I kept it and read through because it was so cheap to rent.

such an interesting book. Love that I could rent it instead of spending more than double to buy it.

Rental for class. Book was overall in good condition except for page 201 & 202. I inspect my rentals before using and I noticed inside corner was ripped and falling out of book. I taped it back in, but hope that I dont get blamed for the tear as I treat all my rentals carefully.
