It is the best machine I have ever used, I am using electric sewing machine from last 10 yrs of another brand and now I wanted to change the brand, so I bought Singer's, the best part of it for me that it stitches stretchable fabric without any problem and it has many designs.....so, 10/10 from me, GO FOR IT WITHOUT HASITATION.....

Hey. I want to give feedback to singer sewing machine company... It is great that singer machines are electronic, perfect and beautiful design. But there is a little bit problem for those who lives in village or hilly area. There is so much problem of electricity. So I want to tell you that there is a handle in electronic machine. That handle move with hands like old or nonelectric machines. Which is adjustable. When we work with electricity the handle remove or when electricity not available than fix the handle and work is continue.............. 😊

Look like this is the sewing machine of choice on Amazon India. Bought it as a gift for my septagenarian mom who has been an avid sewer all her life. There was a learning curve on threading the machine in the beginning, but with the help of my cousin who has the same model ( a gift from her daughter), she was up and sewing shortly. Keeps sending me her latest creations. Am happy that she is happy. Good product. Watch out for the learning curve on the initial set up. I found a guide on YouTube to help with that.

Product was defective.Motor was not working

The most helpful thing is that step by step online youtube videos are available foe ur help..

Machine had a Manufacturing Defect, 1 of the plastic piece wasn't fitted properly. Because of that machine was making a very loud noise when running. But I cought on that and fixed it myself now running smoothly.. But seriously didn't expect this level of carelessness from a premium machine.

I'm over the moon with my new sewing machine! This baby is a dream to use - so smooth and easy to operate. The build quality is simply superb, it's clear this is made to last. My only tiny gripe is that the packaging left a little to be desired - I was worried it might arrive damaged. But thankfully the machine itself is perfect! Despite the less-than-ideal box situation, I'm thrilled with my purchase overall. This sewing machine is going to bring me years of creative joy. I can't wait to get started on my next project!

Estoy muy contenta con el producto, súper fácil de usar (excepto el ensartado de agujas que termine haciéndolo manual) buena calidad, el pedal funciona muy bien, las costuras bien y el diseño muy bonito, además práctico para almacenar en cualquier lado. Lo recomiendo mucho, no se arrepentirán.

Product is first class, Great for beginners and experts. The product is very easy to use and setup with a lot of much needed features. It comes with 'how to' manuals, instructions and all the accessories needed to accomplish hard pieces. The seller was fast and efficient. The delivery was extremely fast. The product, itself, is very light weight, well made and the color is superb, giving the machine character.

I have had Singer products for years as my mother did before me, so I was anxious to get this product. There is no manual and the one piece of paper guide was not very helpful. I had a terrible time getting this to work. The front loading bobbin was not a big problem as such, but that it constantly jams is. The machine is finicky, to say the least. I actually had to go to YouTube for information since the Singer site was not as helpful as I wanted it to be. I finally had to call the local Singer repair shop for help and they told me the side loading bobbin has some known issues. I am on the 5th bobbin which is finally working and the machine sews ok. But overall I am very disappointed with this purchase. The product was close to $200 and the minimum on repair is $100. Amazon only allows 30 days for a return. I wonder why. I'm adding on here about 1 month later. The machine seems to have worked out all its kinks-or I got better-and now works beautifully. No problem with any of the bobbins I am using and I have completed 5 projects without a hitch. I am totally converted to really liking this machine. It is what I expected from a Singer product.

Muy buena maquina, excelentes materiales

I don't sew very much only because I tend to buy new if need be. But lately I've been tired of throwing away a pair of jeans that had a rip in them. So I bought this sewing machine. Reviews were good and took a chance. As I'm a newbie, I've had to figure out how to work it. I've done so many mistakes that I've had to take the machine apart on several occasions. Mostly just winging it...kinda my background on fixing stuff...aeronautical crap..lol. So not too difficult to figure out. When the thread breaks or gets stuck, it can be a chore to fix. But hey, I'm learning as I go along. The only issue is the threader. It is very delicate and gets out of line with the needle. I've had to surgically try to fix it on a couple of occasions...not for the faint of heart...even for me. You'll need some strong glasses and pretty small pair of needle nose tweezers. Getting better for sure and do recommend.
