Perfect multitool sheath
I have a leatherman arc and this sheath fits two bit kits the bit extender and the arc perfectly snug! I have no issues pulling the arc out of the sheath, but I will say it sometimes gets stuck to the magnet as your pulling it out, it has no effect on its usefulness to quickly access your multitool! It is not heavy and fits with very well on a belt it seems to be a great design and I have found it to be one of my better purchases for a sheath. Do not hesitate to buy this for the price you won’t regret it!

If you have a multi-tool, you need this.
Honestly... I love it. I've been using mine for almost a year now and the quality is outstanding. The metal belt clip holds it firmly in place and the magnet holds it closed pretty well. It's got elastic on the sides to accommodate various different size multi-tools, thick woven fabric for long term durability, great value for the money, fits great.

It fits the Surge and its accessories. Good quality sheath.
After discovering Leatherman no longer sells leather sheaths, my search led me to this brands sheath. I prefer the Perilogics sheath over the Leatherman nylon large sheath. The Perilogics has one elastic pocket that is sown at the bottom and one that is opened ended. If you carry two bit extenders like I do, you do not want to lose either one and especially the ratchet bit extension. It is in short supply and the prices for another one is astronomical as of 7-31-2024. I used industrial strength glue to seal the bottom of the open-ended elastic pocket shut. In the future, I will sow it closed if the glue fails to keep it sealed. The sheath is sized perfectly for my Surge. The inner pocket is roomy and is storing my bit kit trays and saw blades. The magnets hold the sheath closed even upside down on mine for now. The clip and belt loop option is a nice feature. My Surge goes with me to one of my tech jobs. I use it most the time I am there. It is nice to be able to quickly remove the sheath from my belt without having to unbuckle it after work. If I need to have a more secure mounting option, I can use the sheaths belt loop. 4-18-2026 The magnets are still holding the sheath closed. I now carry a Lumintop AAA flashlight in my sheath along with the standard bit extender and the ratchet bit extender.

Sheath for multi tool
Well built, holds everything secure. I Jane the Leatherman Surge, with bit extender and small flashlight. Works perfectly.

Great sheath for Leatherman Wave Plus EDC
This thing is incredible and definitely part of my daily EDC. Fit's my Leatherman Wave Plus with multi-bit attachments perfectly. Everything snaps together and is very easy to use. Extremely durable materials.

Really cool tool sheath - works perfectly with my Gerber. It locks on the seatbelt and has a magnetic sleeve - very accessible but safe at the same time

An OK sheath, but longevity questionable...
I wanted to really like this sheath. It seems well-made, appears offer enough room to contain my Leatherman (Surge) bit kit, bit extender, saw/file sleeve, and my Maglite Solitaire LED. That said, my original Leatherman sheath (with the snap closure) did that as well. In fact, I even sized-down (to the medium) on the Leatherman sheath and it provides a much more secure closure for the Surge, since Leatherman refuses to move the snap button down just a bit to allow for a tighter closure. Anyway, back to this sheath - as others have mentioned, the two magnets are weak. They close well enough, but I doubt it is very secure out in the field. But what made me send this sheath back was I noticed the bottom of it is only one layer of nylon. The standard Leatherman sheath is a double layer. And, let's face it, when you're putting your multi-tool in/out of your sheath, it's hitting that bottom each time, it's resting on the bottom, and the bottom is a big stress point. If any area is going to fail (besides the back stitching by the belt loop), it's going to be the bottom portion. Additionally, the nylon also feels to be of a lower-grade than the stock Leatherman. It's a bit thinner, so, now, not only are you only getting one layer of nylon instead of two, you're getting a thinner layer of nylon. In feeling the overall build of sheath, this clearly feels like it's weakest spot (and looks it too). I've included pictures. This sheath is on the left (i.e., the one without the bit extender visible). You can see the one layer vs the Leatherman's two. Because of this uncertainty in longevity, and because of the Leatherman's clearly more durable construction (at least in this area), I didn't want to chance it on this one and back it went. But since I noticed the difference in layering/build quality, I wanted to make a review pointing that out for others. Take it for what it's worth. For me, however, it's a pass.

For the price, for what it holds, even in the most demanding work environment, you can't beat it.
With 5 day a week construction work, this sheath lasts about a year and holds extra bits, ratcheting tools and a flashlight. Come on now. $15.00. Awesome value, and considering I've worn out about 8 shirts in the same time, and 2 pairs of shoes, an awesome value. This is my second time buying. Can't find anything better that holds what I want for anything close to 10 times the cost.

It’s a great quality pouch
This pouch is my favourite of all the dozen I’ve tried. It hold a sharpie pen on one side and a small flashlight on the other. Leatherman Wave in the middle with a double sided bit set. Each item in its own space so everything is easy in and out. The magnet on the flip lid is strong.

Quality, 2 Stage Magnetic Latch For Wave+ Surge
The Velcro on my oldish Leatherman pouch of similar configuration had worn out. I was in a flap so I got this Leatherman Sheath Replacement and getting a spare. It has rigid walls but is flexible to allow a snug fit with the two bit magazines and your Wave or Surge. It would probably loosen up a bit when used for a while to allow a more quick draw release of your tool….I’m using mine for a Stanley knife, with flashlight and 1/4” Wera ratchet wrench. The flap covers the two elastic side pockets so if the elastic didn’t quite grip a thin flashlight or bit extender it won’t fall out. I also like the magnetic latch, as it has 2 settings, 1 for the Surge and 1 for the Wave, so even with my Stanley knife it closes snug to it. I’m happy with this product.

Best sheath for Leatherman Charge + TTI
The sheath for my Leatherman is ideal. My knife is not crammed inside the sheath but it is not loose either. The quality is good and the sheath hold both of my sleeves of bits and ratchet extension nicely. This is by far the best sheath I have bought in the past 25 years.
