Works well, good images, fair price
This looks to be a nice boroscope. I have not tried it in the "real world" yet but I have experimented with it looking at the bottom of my table while sitting there, looking inside a dark cabinet through a cracked door, etc. It talked to my iPhone via WiFi using the adapter and even this seventy something relic of the non-tech era found it easy to use. I and view images, take pictures and videos with the iPhone and save the images to my picture library once the viewing session is over. Works a treat!

Good Value
I use this scope to look at the exhaust valves of aircraft engines. It does this job well and at a very attractive price. However, It takes a little getting used to just like any camera being used upside-down and backwards. Also, there is some delay between moving the probe and having the picture change on the iPad screen -- so it works best if you move the camera angle slowly. I wish there were some feedback when taking a picture. It takes a rather good picture, but when you push the "shutter" button there is no click or flash or anything to indicate that a photo was captured. So you must go to the list of photos to see if you got the photo at all. You get used to it, but when you have your hands full you can't always be looking right at the "shutter" button when you touch it, so some sort of camera action feedback would be useful.

Great tool for any real craftsman or mechanic
A must have for any GA person who wants to know what is happening inside.

Acceptable imagery but absolutely no vendor support. Not worth the $300 I spent.
Good video. Works with my iPhone but not with iPad. The button on the cable used for capturing images does not work. The worst thing is the total absence of factory support. There is no phone number in the documentation or on their website. Their website has an area to submit questions. I have submitted my pleas for help multiple times with no response in the two months I have had this borescope. Very aggravating after spending $300, since just a little help could probably solve my problems.

So frustrated that the wifi Airbox does not work on either Samsung S10 or the Samsung Tab 7
I followed the online directions, verified the correct power source, connected the cables in the correct order and nothing seems to work. The Wi-FI Box does not transmit a wifi signal that is recognized by either the S10 or the Tablet. I've tried this multiple times over multiple days and there is simply no wifi signal to connect to. Also installed the Wifi Box app and that didn't work. Then I installed another recommended app by Vividia CameraFi2. That sort of works, but the push button on the scope that is supposed to take pics doesn't work. You have to tap on the tablet screen to take a photo. So then I installed Mscopes - another app recommended in Vividia literature. That app did not work even when the scope was connected directly to the tablet. No scope image at all. So then I installed the last recommended app OTG View. This sort of worked but the camera button on the scope won't take a pic. Also, the screen locked up after just a couple of minutes. This should not be so hard to make a simple USB camera work. Considering the cost of this USB scope you'd think Vividia would, at the very least, have software that worked with it. I'm considering returning this and saving up to buy a unit that comes with it's own screen. I also compared the image from this scope with the identical image from my cheap Harbor Freight Centech Inspection Camera. The Harbor Freight image is much clearer than the Ablescope. I should have returned this before the return window closed. Going to try and sell it and but an articulating scope that is at least as good as Harbor Freight..

Affordable yet professional
I haven-t used the instrument in real conditions yet. Just tests with my iPhone using the included Wi-Fi connection box. The connection was a piece of cake. The picture is clear and bright even in very dark spots. The unit comes in "cheap" yet protective aluminum case with cut out foam lining. The manual is short yet there is not really much to understand: the operation is straight forward. I plan to use the instrument to inspect cylinder and valves of my airplane engine. The straight tube is the right size and length for this application. For other inspection areas (interior of the wings) the rigid tube might not be the best choice.

Best scope on the market - Hands Down
This scope was recommended to me by professional aircraft mechanics at an aviation maintenance seminar. They demonstrated this units capability to inspect aircraft cylinders, pistons and valves. This scope is phenomenal. Some of the pertinent features are; 180 degree movable head that allows inspection of the intake and exhaust valves without the use of mirrors, adjustable intensity led lighting around the camera tip, thin diameter to access spark plug holes, wireless feature to view and record video or stills on a tablet (iOS or android), color so you can do a real evaluation of exhaust valves and last but definitely not least.......the price. I have tried other boroscopes with mirrors that all seem to reflect the light source into the camera head and block the field of view. I purchased a used expensive brand name aviation scope that was extremely disappointing for the price with only a small black and white eye piece for inspection. I have been looking for a good inspection scope for years and finally have what I consider to be a better scope than my shop owns. If the intent is to use this scope for inspection of aircraft cylinder components, I highly recommend downloading the free ASI poster called "Anatomy of a Valve Failure". And of course, talk to aircraft mechanic professionals about the fantastic screen shots you take with this scope for an expert evaluation.

Missing parts
So far I am unable to use this product because I am unable to download the software that is necessary to operate it. Also there were supposed to be some protective rubber sleves and a tool to install them and those items were not in the box when delivered. As usual, you cannot get anyone on the phone to report a problem with missing parts. Only robots answer the phone and they are not helpful so I HAVE A EXPENSIVE TOOL THAT IS ONLY GOOD FOR A BOAT ANCHOR.
